The firm is involved in the drafting and negotiation of the main contracts of the company, namely :

• Pre-contractual agreements: memorandum of understanding, letter of intent, non-disclosure agreements
• General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTC) and General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC),
• Complex industrial supply or subcontracting contracts
• Joint consortium agreements
• Service provision agreements 
• Agreements with commercial partners: distribution agreements, business provider agreements, commercial agents, franchise, concession, etc. 

The Firm also has particular expertise in the field of digital and intellectual property contracts; as well as international contracts. 

However, the Firm has no expertise in the area of commercial leases.
